no ranges, no 'up to', no discretionary amounts.
connected to a public funding transaction
the funding tx hash is printed on the bounty.
reviewed before payout
submissions are checked against the stated criteria.
paid to the winner's submitted wallet
the payout goes to the address you signed with.
creator fees fund the bounty vault.
giveout does not raise money and does not hold user deposits. the treasury is funded by pons creator fees, and the same contract that receives them is the one that pays winners.
